Welcome to the Be Kind/Don’t Be A Dick Movement

At work, no one wants to face a red card for their behaviour. The Be Kind/Don’t Be A Dick movement is here to champion positive conduct across all workspaces, whether you're at a venue, festival, concert, tour, workshop, store, university, or meeting room. Negative behaviour has no place in our professional environments, but kindness and respect are always welcome.

Our popular laminates serve as a visual nudge, encouraging individuals to reflect on their behaviour at work. These have evolved into tools for sparking conversations about unacceptable behaviour and recognising acts of kindness, often with a touch of humour.

To broaden our message’s reach, we are expanding our range of Don’t Be A Dick/Be Kind merchandise. Currently, we offer laminates with more exciting items on the way.

7pm tomorrow night we open our online store where you can purchase your own laminates!
