Wanaka Scout Group Cubs meet at the Scout Den on Thursdays 6-7.30pm during school term. Cubs are boys & girls, aged 8yrs til end of primary school.

Scouts are boys and girls, 11yrs+ and meet Wednesdays 6.30-8pm at the den. Please email if your child would like to join.

Wanaka Scout Group is committed to keeping Scouting affordable for families in our community so Grants and Fundraising are essential to the operations and activities of the group.

We are incredibly grateful to local businesses like Freeman Roofing Wanaka, who gave us a generous donation last year.

The Cubs and Scouts have chosen to spend this on induction kits, programme books and badges to welcome our newest members and to recognize their achievements throughout the year.

The Wanaka Cub Scout Group AGM and committee meeting is 6.30pm this Tuesday, 15th October at the Scout Den. We're looking for a Secretary and a Chairman and also general committee members!! Please do come along and meet the existing committee and see how we roll, we can't do it without you guys!! If you are up for joining the committee please bring ID (driving license and / passport) as everyone needs to be police checked. Thanks and see you Tuesday 😀
