Good morning team we have received a letter from North Taranaki sports and recreation stating that the awesome hall is having work done starting on the 20rh of February. This construction is going to take up to five months. I therefore feel I shall talk to the town club to see if we can join their this year! More to follow and sorry all!

Good evening families hot night for the senior grading in town tonight! We will be meeting Wednesday 12 at the marine park Waitara domain for a bbq and ice cream! Starting with a club meeting the secretary Is free be good to see those who can make it! If the tide is out we could do some training on the sand, casual clothes! Wow another year nearly over keep safe and enjoy the Christmas summer brake😎👊🍒🔆 as always I have enjoyed practicing and learning along side you all.

Hey Team,
Good to see everyone back after the school holidays. As you would have seen in the last post about the hall being used on a few of our days, we thought it would be a good opportunity to try some other styles and go train with some of the other clubs. Let us know your thoughts about this whether thats through message or in class.

Just about half way through the holidays and I hope you are still training in some kind of way. It could be by practicing your patterns, going for a run or doing 10 push ups, 10 sit ups and 10 squats everyday.
