A great morning for a run. From our leaders to our tailwalkers, old and young, the very fit to those who are working on it. Thank you for running Russell Park parkrun this morning, it was great to see you all.

22 years since the first Parkrun (Bushey Park, London). Feel like wearing a tutu to celebrate? See you tomorrow.

UPDATE - Marshal & Tail Walker found 🥳
If anyone wants to take some photos or write a report let us know but otherwise see you Saturday!

🧡 Volunteers needed this Saturday! 🧡

We’re still looking for a few awesome volunteers to help us make parkrun happen this Saturday, 26th September! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’ve already got some of the key roles covered, but still need a few more helpers for roles including:

🦺 Marshal
🚶‍♀️ Tail Walker

You don’t have to be a regular volunteer — if you’ve never volunteered before, we’d love to have you! There are roles to suit everyone, and you’ll still be able to enjoy the parkrun community. 🧡

Can you help us out this Saturday? 🙌
Comment below or flick us a message and we’ll get you on the roster!

A huge thank you to everyone who has already put their hand up — parkrun doesn’t happen without our volunteers! 🧡

Run report from Saturday for your enjoyment 💛 I hope you had a successful day at Hatuma Half Marathon today!
