We are excited to have Kim coming along to our New Baby coffee group in a few weeks time!

Newborn sleep can feel confusing when no one has explained what’s actually normal.

If your baby wakes often, naps unpredictably, seems noisy overnight, or you’re wondering how to make the days feel easier, this workshop is for you.

Kim will be sharing practical, evidence-based guidance on newborn sleep, including active sleep, awake windows, day/night confusion, and simple ways to support better rhythms in the early weeks.

Happy Mother’s Day to all our amazing mums out there! 💐

We feel so lucky at the Pregnancy & Parenting Hub to be part of so many journeys and to meet so many wonderful mums and whānau along the way. Watching friendships form, babies grow, and families supported within our community is something really special ❤️

Today we also want to acknowledge those whose mums are no longer with them and those still waiting for their turn to become mums.
