This is the long awaited second edition of ‘Tales from the Wainuiomata Swamp 1840s-1950s’ but with extra photos, (some coloured), news clippings and other information. A great Christmas present for those with an interest in Wainuiomata History, and a very attractive coffee table book. 288 A4 pages with an inviting cover designed to catch the eye and just a taste of the information within. The first edition sold out many years ago, so don’t miss your opportunity to purchase this time around. These beautiful paintings have been donated to the Church by well known Hutt Valley and Wainuiomata Artist, Ian Gooch.

As most of you are aware, one of our very old, very large Oak trees was felled in the recent storm that Wainuiomata suffered.
This had to be removed at huge expense to our committee so this very generous donation to assist with our fundraising is most welcome.

Prices range from $180 to $250….size approx 30 x 20 inches
and Paintings are available for viewing at the Church.
