Waihi Taiohi Trust The Waihi Taiohi Trust seeks to enable initiatives around empowering young people, initially in Waihi & Waihi Beach.

We work with young people in schools and community, building relationships that strengthen connections and inspire positive change. "Kāore te kākano e tipu mai mā te kākano, engari, ka tipu kē mai te whenua mā te tiaki, me te aroha.” - A seed doesn’t grow from itself, but from its’ environment, nurtured and with love.

Happy New Year everyone! How fast the summer months have flown!! For those of you who may not be aware, my family and I have relocated to Auckland recently so I can continue to study.
This does mean, Friday Club and our programs won't be continuing in 2025.
We were hoping to have a farewell and gathering, but time just seemed to run out.
We wish all our families and tamariki the very best for 2025 and want to thank Chris & the Salvation Army, schools, families and trustees for their support.

Sorry peeps, the trip this weekend will need to be postponed as there are so many of our people unable to make it. We will try again in January - have a massive Christmas and NY!!

Last one!!!
Our final night will actually be the Saturday 14th peeps! We will be off to Bay Wave for some water action.
Gather 9:30 am at the Salvation Army car park.
Cost per person will be $10, we will organise transport, food etc as normal.
DM or txt me to register as we can keep a track of numbers!
