🏕️🌟 Camp Update: We are thrilled to be sharing the camp experience with Raphael House, Whakarongo and Hampton Hill schools this week!

What an incredible season it has been so far! 🌟 We feel so lucky to have hosted so many amazing school camp groups already this season, creating unforgettable memories together. Whether it’s been under the bright sunshine or jumping in muddy puddles and building our resilience in the rain, we’ve experienced countless moments of laughter, adventure, and learning.

Thank you to all the students, parents and teachers for bringing your energy and enthusiasm, making every day one to remember!!

Tayla Hawkins: With qualifications and ongoing study in youth work, Tayla champions youth voices, believing that every young person deserves to be heard and valued.

Together, Robyn and Tayla are on a mission to create amazing adventures and lasting memories for our campers! 💚

As we dive into our peak season of Duke of Edinburgh Adventurous Journeys here at Y Outdoor Education, we thought it was the perfect time to shine a spotlight on our increadible DOE Leader, Jackson!

Originally hailing from Masterton, Jackson grew up exploring the stunning trails of the Tararua Ranges and knows them like the back of his hand. His love for the outdoors is evident and his knowledge and passion for continuous learning makes him an invaluable part of our team.

Jackson is also our go-to activity expert at camp and assists our Programme Manager in conducting safety checks and leading training sessions.

Jackson is dedicated to ensuring that not only are our adventurous journeys and camp activities safe and educational but that they are enjoyable and foster a love of the NZ Great Outdoors!
