Puahue Playcentre

This week the tamariki got a little crafty and made some bird feeders out of pinecones to feed all the beautiful manu flying around out centre. Now we are off for a 2 week break for the school holidays and will be back on Monday October 5th.

We'd love to invite you to visit our beautiful rural centre during Playcentre Open Week!
We are here every Monday, from 9am - 11.30am. We have the resources, fun, laughter and friendship. All you need to bring is a drink bottle, morning tea snacks and a change of clothes if your little one likes to get messy or enjoy water play.
We can't wait to see you and welcome you to our village 😁

We want to give a huge thank you to the many volunteers, past and present, that have given so much of their time, energy and aroha to Puahue Playcentre. We also acknowledge the staff that have supported us over the years, often giving that little bit more to help ease our load.
We appreciate you all more than words can say ❤️ (although the laughter and love from our tamariki on session definitely helps to capture the words we can't always find)
Thank you! 🥰💜💛

As Aotearoa celebrates Te Wiki Tūao ā-Motu | National Volunteer Week, we want to acknowledge and thank each and every one of our incredible Playcentre whānau.

Our centres thrive because of you. Your involvement, your care, and your commitment keep our community strong.

Together, we can power the play for another 85 years 💛

We are still away on holiday, but can't wait to get back to Playcentre on Monday 20th April. There are too many benefits to fit into this little video, but this covers a few of the things that Playcentre can provide 💛💜
