This World Blood Donor Day, we celebrate a step forward for equity and inclusion in Aotearoa.
Today, blood donors are assessed using the same sexual health screening questions, regardless of who they are or who they love. One process. One standard. One shared goal: keeping our blood supply safe while ensuring everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
