2026 ROTARY CHANGE OVER NIGHT!
Tonight we celebrated the current, the past and the future of Fiordland Rotary and we’re proud to keep serving our community!
A huge thank you to the directors who have put their hands up AGAIN to keep the wheels turning for another year:
Doug Dennison — President
Shayne Mercer — Past President
Kendra Young — Treasurer
Chris Hughes — Club Administration
Pete Robertson — Service Projects
Gareth Davis — Foundation
Bill Hunter — New Generations
Lynley Jones — Membership
Angela Monteith — Public Relations
Sharon, Jill & Russell — Sergeants
Team Schlaadt - Best sports dress up
And a BIG BIG thank you to our amazing President Doug, who is taking on another year. That job is no small feat and we appreciate the time and commitment you put into our little club.
We'd also like to thank the wives (and husbands) of Rotary, they are always on the sidelines helping when we need it most.
We’re getting really good at re-electing ourselves and that’s because we’re struggling to attract new (young) members and fresh faces 😞
Rotary isn’t just sitting around a table talking about doing things. It’s actually doing them, supporting our community, creating opportunities for young people, fundraising for causes that matter, making friends and having A LOT of fun along the way.
So please we need new faces. New ideas. New energy.
You don’t have to know everything.
You don’t have to have loads of spare time.
You don't have to have Liam Neeson's skills.
Just come along and see what we’re about.
