Tauranga Community Foodbank

Tauranga Community Foodbank We are a Community Charity here to help people in our Community with food. Please contact us if you need support.

Tauranga Community Foodbank has been operating since 1991. It assists families and individuals who need urgent immediate help with food and also offers longer term help if people are working with an approved Financial Mentor. We rely solely upon our local community for donations of food, money and volunteer help.

This beautiful trolley full of kai was donated from their lastest Quiz Night. What an awesome initiative - a great night out and supporting your local community at the same time! 💙💚💛

We were also super stoked to have Tenby Powell join us to share stories about his humanitarian work in Ukraine with Kiwi K.A.R.E. We shared a delicious lunch created by the talented team at The Daily

Where would we be without this lot? Our talented Board of Trustees who volunteer their time to govern us, share their wisdom and skills, and are also known to get stuck in to other volunteer tasks when they have the opportunity.
