🐾 What a Weekend! 🐾
Now that the dust has settled (and the dogs have all had a well-earned rest!), we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped make our agility show such a success.
This year was especially meaningful as we celebrated 50 years of the Tauranga Dog Training Club. Reaching this milestone wouldn't have been possible without the generations of members, volunteers, instructors, competitors and supporters who have helped shape our club over the years.
It was fantastic to see so many club members volunteering throughout the weekend. From some of our longest-serving members to our newest recruits, everyone rolled up their sleeves and pitched in wherever they were needed.
A special shout out to the Mount Maunganui Dog Training Club for lending us equipment and running a ring for us on the first day.
A huge thank you also to our wonderful judges Danielle Koningsveld, Stephanie Butler, Martin Bush, Sarah Ridley, Allan Rohde and Nicola Parmenter for sharing your time and expertise and helping create a great experience for all competitors.
And to our amazing scribes Kime Edwards, Sue Andresen, Kate Teao, Natasha Hoogstraten and Joanne Dale, thank you for all your behind-the-scenes work keeping everything running smoothly. We couldn't do it without you!
A special congratulations to our own club member Melissa Harrison on her first time judging the Elementary 2 classes. We're incredibly proud of you and you did a fantastic job!
