Made with Microbes

A free art and activity book that highlights a few of the hard-working (and often overlooked) microbes from industry, medicine and food production. It was a project created by Tracy Debenport with Anne A. Madden as part of a fellowship at The Microbe Institute.

Tracy is an award-winning photographer and graphic designer who is passionate about highlighting the beauty and importance of microbes and chemical compounds through visual art. With an M.S. in microbiology and 8 years of research experience, she has the technical skills to work with microbes and compounds and the ability to understand challenging scientific concepts. This allows her to produce unique photos, videos, and graphic designs that help to represent and promote ideas and information related to microbiology and chemistry.

Bioluminescent Space - to navigate with mini UV lights
Tattoo room and creative stalls (stalls still available)
And it's all fungi and mushroom themed!

Turn up in a Fungi inspired costume for your chance to win prizes, including a one month free membership to Tinkd Makerspace where you can learn to 3D print, laser cut, sew, cut vinyl, and so much more! Prize entry closes at 1pm and will be announced at 1:30pm.
