Join us as teams from across the region come together for our pre-season Club Invitational Tournament.

Local Bay of Plenty clubs will be joined by visiting teams from outside the region, as teams prepare for the season ahead.

Come along and support the teams over the weekend!

GOOD CLUB NEWS – 2026
Volleyball Tauranga is thrilled to introduce our Club Futures Manager Paul McLaren.
With the long overdue renewal of Volleyball Tauranga Club Incorporated Society status the opportunities will open again for grant funding and sponsorship pathways. Paul is experienced in operational leadership, financial oversight and stakeholder engagement. Also familiar with managing large sporting events Paul has a broad base to call on in our quest to provide more services in a broader structure alongside keeping our sport affordable.
Providing grass roots volleyball development opportunities has long been the key focus of our club together with supporting an elite performance level. Attracting more to our sport we are proud of the longevity of our Club. Securing funding for operational roles will provide stability and ongoing successful outcomes. This project will enable us to firm up continued growth in a fast changing environment and transition from our largely volunteer model of over 50 years.

GOOD CLUB NEWS – 2026 - Social Media Manager
Volleyball Tauranga is thrilled to introduce our Social Media Manager Paige Mellsop. Paige is a very valued Representative player for the Club and has had special talent in creating our Tigers Rep Inst page over the past few years. Paige will also be known to many of you as she is often courtside coaching. Connecting to the wider community and enhancing our comms to our many members will keep our Club connected on variety of platforms.
