Even if you've been dancing Salsa, Bachata, or other Latin dance styles for years, Kizomba has a completely different foundation. The technique, posture, connection, and movement are unique, and building these skills from the beginning will make your dancing feel smoother, more comfortable, and more enjoyable.
There's a saying we love - “Beginners want to be in the improver class, improvers want to be in the advanced class, and advanced dancers want to do the fundamentals class” Why?? because the best dancers never stop working on their basics. They know that's where real growth happens.
