Visited the Cambridge Menz Shed recently. Only 2 years old, but a great Shed. They get great support from their Council (very low rent) and from their community. Well done guys.

Visited the Cambridge Menz Shed. recently. Have only been going for 2 years, but it's a great Shed. They have great support from the local Council (VERY low annual rent) and the local Community. Well done guys, wish we had the same space and support.

Committee member Mike with a special 'ladder' device that helps people with brain injuries walk again. Mike has built 3 of these, and Dick has built one more. Very proud of their efforts

Shed Member and Committee Member, Mike Bailie was asked to make a very special ashes container -shaped as a guitar. Our customers father was very keen on guitars, so Mike created a wonderful container from a photo. It includes all the details, strings fret etc. There is also a slide on the rear to insert the ashes.
An interesting and clever job Mike! Well done.

From the generous maker to the very grateful receiver! These four beautifully crafted side tables were made by Mike and the crew at Men's Shed Tauranga and delivered to the Chemotherapy Ward at Tauranga Hospital. These kindly donated tables will be so helpful for the patients. Ngā mihi maioha 💓
