Stalking and harassment can have a significant impact on a person’s safety and wellbeing.
We’re sharing this important update about the work being done to address stalking and harassment and help protect people experiencing this behaviour.
If you or someone you know is experiencing stalking, harassment or family violence, support is available. You don't have to face it alone. 💜
Police is using the legislation to intervene, hold offenders to account, and help protect people experiencing stalking and harassment.
Stalking and harassment can have a significant impact on a person's safety, wellbeing, and ability to go about their daily life.
We want people affected by stalking and harassment to know that they will be listened to, taken seriously, and supported. We encourage anyone experiencing this behaviour to report it to Police.
Those who engage in stalking and harassment should expect Police action. This behaviour is unacceptable and can have serious consequences for victims and their families.
