🎶 Week 2 of the school holidays… how’s everyone doing? 😅💛

If you’re starting to run out of ideas (or the days are feeling a bit long!), music is a simple way to reset the mood at home.

Try this:
🎵 Put on your favourite mainly music song
👏 Add some actions (clap, stomp, jump!)
🎤 Let your child lead and make up their own moves

It’s amazing how a quick sing and dance can turn the whole day around—burn energy, lift moods, and bring a few smiles 😊

Even 5–10 minutes can make a big difference 💛

Did you know that music plays a really important role in your child’s development—especially in the early years? 💛

For under 5s, singing and music can:

✨ Encourage movement and coordination

The best part? You don’t need anything fancy—just your voice, a simple tune, and a bit of fun!

Try singing favourite mainly music songs at home, making up actions, or even creating your own songs about what you’re doing during the day (tidying up, going to the park, snack time… anything goes!).
