5th Element Belly Dance 5th Element dance is about guiding you to connect to music, build awareness, and grow your body and personal confidence through movement, fun, and laughter.

5th Element Dance Company has been sharing the art of movement, to ladies and celebrating feminine and sensual movements through weekly belly dance classes. Classes are held in Fitzroy Golf Clubhouse, every Thursdays evening from 5.45pm to 6.45pm for beyond beginners, Mondays,7.15pm to 8.30 pm for beginners. Intermediate and performance classes are conducted as workshops. We offer private party in

structions and packages for both belly dance and burlesque to festive occasions such as hens night, birthday, and anniversaries. If you are planning an event and would like some color with beautiful costumes and lovely dancers to bring festive cheer, engage the 5th Element Belly dance group! We love to share our 'shimmy-lious' moves with your audience!

Let soft currents of air guide you to open your heart and mind to new ideas while releasing the old. Through our curated soundscape, allow your thoughts to flow freely.

Join us in exploring the air element, celebrating the revitalising power of breath, art, and community, and embracing the joy of moving freely through time and space.

Air Element (the breath of life, where thoughts of love and longing reside)
Air is often quiet — but powerful. It carries our voice, our breath, our prayers, and our emotions. It is the element of freedom, inspiration, communication and expansion. And at its heart, air is also the giver of life, and the quiet carrier of love.

Together, we will move, breathe and reflect with this question in mind:

“What is love — when we strip away the noise and listen only to the breath?”

We hope you’ll join us to explore the invisible made sacred — the love that moves through every breath and the freedom that comes when we give it space to move and to return.
