A Collaborative Approach to KeepNew ZealandBeautiful - What a fantastic effort as part of National Clean Up Week
Working together, we collected an incredible 70 kg of rubbish in just one hour. By the time the Tidy Taupō team reached the drop-off point, another 12 kg had been collected
That’s 82 kg of rubbish removed from our environment in a short time — a great reminder of what we can achieve when our community works together.

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved and helped make a difference! 👏

🌱 Collaboration in action! 🌱

A fantastic example of how working together can make a real difference. 🙌

134kg of organic waste from the Global Games this weekend was diverted from landfill thanks to our awesome Taupō Community Gardens volunteers and the mahi of Kate & Abel from Without Waste.

It shows what’s possible when event organisers, waste-reduction experts and volunteers come together to find better ways to manage waste. ♻️

Small changes, great collaboration and a shared commitment can significantly reduce the environmental impact of events.

A huge thank you to everyone involved! 💚
