It seems some members have still not got the message that if they are having trouble logging into the Club website the problem is NOT the website, it is the browser on the device they are using needs its cache and cookies cleared because it is trying to connect to the old website url prior to the recent security update.
Not routinely clearing your cache and cookies in your smart phone’s browser causes outdated site displays, broken links and outdated login errors. Just like a motorcycle needs maintenance so does your device and wrongly blaming the website when the problem lies much closer to home is not going to solve the problem for you. If you don’t want to clear the cache, then use the incognito option on your browser which will by pass your cache and cookies.
