The Lie That looked Legit - Nick Stevens

In this episode, Nick shared a personal story about being caught out by something that looked genuine but turned out to be deceptive, and how that experience reminded him of the serpent’s tactics in Genesis 3. We look at how the enemy still works today by planting doubt, twisting God’s Word, and making sin seem appealing, and why it is so important to anchor our lives in the absolute truth of Scripture.

Yesterday, Three Sixteen Ministries celebrated 8 years of Community Dinners! We can’t believe how fast the time has flown.

Over the years, this has become a place where people can come as they are, share a meal, and feel like they belong. Week after week, it’s the conversations, the laughter, and the genuine care for one another that make it so meaningful.

We are so grateful for every volunteer, every supporter, and every person who has joined us around the table over the years. You’ve helped shape something really special.

Here’s to many more nights shared together.

God Is Not Finished With You - Nick Stevens

A personal story of regret leads into one of the Bible’s most powerful moments—Peter denying Jesus. In this episode, we explore how failure, guilt, and shame are not the end of our story. Just as Jesus restored Peter, He offers forgiveness, grace, and a fresh start for us today.

When You Can't Outrun God - Trudie Stevens

In this episode, we begin with the remarkable true story of a sailor found alive inside a whale and then turn to Jonah—a man who ran from God and ended up in the belly of a great fish. We explore how God gives second chances, shows compassion even to those we might write off, and gently calls us back to obedience and purpose. If you’ve ever felt like you’ve run from what God asked of you, this conversation is a reminder that you are never beyond his reach or his love.

Whats In Your Tank - Nick Stevens

In this episode, we explore the powerful truth that what we allow into our lives really matters. Using a relatable car mishap and a simple water demonstration, this message reminds us to guard our hearts, stay focused on Jesus, and make room for the things of God. Even good things can become harmful when they take the place that belongs to Him.

A Faith You Can Be Sure Of - Andrew Marriott

In this episode, we unpack what faith really is—not blind belief, but confident trust placed in something reliable. Just like we sit in a chair without questioning whether it will hold us, faith involves trust based on what we know to be true. But unlike a chair, our faith in God carries eternal weight. We explore how this kind of faith gives us a sure and lasting hope, not because of our strength, but because of who God is and what He has promised. This message was recorded live on a Tuesday evening.

Greatness Redefined - Nick Stevens

In this episode, we explore how Jesus completely flipped the world’s idea of status and leadership. Starting with the surprising reality of a chicken “pecking order,” we reflect on how our own lives often mirror that same hierarchy—at work, in friendships, and even in church. But in John 13, Jesus takes a towel and a basin and models a radically different way to live: servant-hearted leadership. What does it look like to follow His example today? And how can simple, everyday acts of service reflect the heart of Christ?
