Stoke halfback, Mason Lund, has re-signed with the Tasman Mako for the 2026 season.

Originally from Tākaka, Mako #230 has been making an impact both on and off the field this year, helping deliver Shark School programmes across the Nelson Bays region while continuing to represent the blue and red with pride.

🏀 NBS Junior Basketball Sign Ups 🏀

The new junior basketball season is nearly here and we’re excited to get everyone back on court for another fun season.

📍 Sign Up Day: Monday 8th June
📍 Venue: Rec Park Stadium
🕟 Doors Open: 4:30pm

Friendly Games After Sign Up

⛹️ Years 7–8: from 5:00pm
⛹️ Years 9–10: from 6:15pm
⛹️ Years 11–13: from 7:30pm

Game times, teams and formats may vary each week depending on player numbers and availability.

💲 Season Subs: $30 per player

Players of all abilities are welcome.
Parents and supporters are encouraged to come along, and parental help throughout the season is greatly appreciated.
