Repair Cafe Stratford Just a group of awesome volunteers in Stratford Taranaki who repair broken items.

We started our repair cafe last year in 2022 and have hosted 3 so far with another 3 booked in this year. We are a group of like minded people who believe in the right to repair and would like to make a difference in repairing people's everyday items and treasured belongings. We have an electrician, sewer, mechatronics technician, wood worker, bike repairer and general handyman, cabinet maker, and

electronics technician. So far we have repaired a Tiffany glass lamp, 1800s kerosene lamp, kirby vacuum, antique 1900s cuckoo clock, stereos, dozens of bikes, an old ottoman, 1920s glass lamp, power tools, chairs, drawers and clothing just to name a few.
