Arts Heart - Selwyn Central Arts Council Inc. is located in the Selwyn District, Canterbury, New Zealand.We support the Arts in Selwyn, and local Selwyn artists. Arts Heart is one of two seeding organisations for the Celebrating Selwyn annual event.
