Fantastic to get invited along to the Movember awards to present the Going The Distance award!

A massive congratulations to everyone who won an award and everyone else who did some absolutely insane stuff in the name of men’s mental health 💪🏻💪🏻

Awesome night and can’t wait to come along next year and see some of the amazing Movember Crew again!

This was a seriously awesome surprise.

It was pretty easy over the last 12 months to have our heads down and focus on pushing forward and tackling what we set out to do. When you're in that mindset it's easy to forget that there are a bunch of people cheering you on from the sidelines.

We love each and every one of you. Not just for throwing us a surprise party, but for every like, message, view, or high five you've given us along the way. Cannot put into words how much motivation that's given us to get through it.

There's too many of you to tag but you know who you are.

Bit of an unfortunate update but I'm ok, feeling a lot better, and have been cleared to take on the 21km half. Not the outcome I wanted but feeling incredibly lucky to even be in this amazing part of the world and get the chance to have a crack.

Josh and Sam are still firing ahead. Best of luck boys, crush it!

We have officially made it to Base Camp!
