Bit of an unfortunate update but I'm ok, feeling a lot better, and have been cleared to take on the 21km half. Not the outcome I wanted but feeling incredibly lucky to even be in this amazing part of the world and get the chance to have a crack.

Josh and Sam are still firing ahead. Best of luck boys, crush it!

We have officially made it to Base Camp!
