It has been a phenomenal year for Work Together Rotorua this year. We would like to thank all our clients that have turned up to appointments and have given there all in their employment journey. We also would like to thank all the businesses in Rotorua that have supported us. We will be closed from the 19th of December to the 13th of January 2026. We wish everyone a Merry Kirihimete and a Happy New Year's.

Kevin's transferable skills has been a key factor to his success at OCS Rotorua. Kevin takes pride in maintaining the company vehicle, reflecting his sense of responsibility and care for his role. Brent has been a standout participant in our pre employment sessions, consistently showing up with enthusiasm and a clear commitment to securing paid work. Haka House Rotorua management have been amazing with there support and have helped Brent thrive and bring out the best in him. We would like to thank Haka House for this great opportunity.

Alex has demonstrated exceptional commitment and initiative in pursuing a career in hospitality. She took two months of work experience in a local café, where she proactively developed her skills in coffee preparation, food handling, and general café operations. With this experience Alex secured a role with Polynesian Spa Cafe which is one of New Zealand's top tourist destinations. Alex has a great personality and a positive attitude that was made for the tourism industry. Big shout out to the management at Polynesian Spa that has given this excellent opportunity to Alex.

Kylene demonstrated remarkable dedication in pursuing this role with OCS, by consistently attending Work Together Rotorua meetings even after a few setbacks in prior interviews she remained resilient. OCS management are a very supportive employer, they have thoughtfully placed Kyene in a workplace environment that aligns well with her strengths and needs.
