Mental health has no boundaries, no labels, and no sides.

Today, people from different walks of life come together for one purpose...To raise awareness and create change.

Wishing all fighters, organisers, and supporters the very best for this afternoon's Fight For Change event.

Mā te kotahitanga e whai kaha ai tātou🤝

For all our whānau who have been impacted by su***de, we see you, we hear you, and we hold space for your experiences.

We warmly invite you to join us next week to learn more about the wānanga we have coming up. These wānanga are designed to bring people together, foster connection, strengthen understanding, and support healing within our communities.

Whether you have been personally affected, are supporting someone else, or simply want to learn more, we welcome you to come along, connect, and be part of the kōrero.
