๐ŸŒป Sunflower Fundraiser Update โ€“ Cancelled ๐ŸŒป

Unfortunately, due to the recent storm our sunflowers have been badly damaged and destroyed. As a result, we have had to cancel this weekendโ€™s sunflower fundraiser.

Weโ€™re incredibly disappointed, especially knowing how many of you were keen to support Hospice through this initiative.

Thank you so much to everyone who showed interest and offered support โ€” we truly appreciate our community getting in behind us ๐Ÿ’›

Weโ€™ll regroup and look at other ways we can continue raising funds for Hospice, and weโ€™ll keep you posted.

๐ŸŒป Rongotea & District Lions โ€“ Sunflower Fundraiser for Hospice ๐ŸŒป

This Friday evening (20th) our Lions members will be out picking fresh sunflowers in preparation for Saturday 21st from 8.30am at the Te Kawau Rec Centre.

๐ŸŒป Pre-orders are strongly encouraged ๐ŸŒป
Knowing numbers in advance helps us make sure we pick enough flowers โ€” and avoid waste. If youโ€™d like to secure yours, please call 027 239 2311 to place an order.

We will have a trailer load available on the day, but once theyโ€™re gone, theyโ€™re gone โ€” so pre-ordering is the best way to avoid missing out!

All proceeds will be donated to Hospice ๐Ÿ’›

Thank you for supporting Lions and helping us support our wider community.
