Ocean Ember Sauna brought more than just a sauna and cold plunges for post Record Attempt.
They brought a space that everyone could enjoy, with many cracking laughs along the way.

We stood together to form the shape of Aotearoa across Foster Park. A powerful symbol of unity in the face of one of our greatest challenges: mental health.

This moment represents far more than a world record attempt.
It represents connection, courage, and community strength.

People from across Canterbury and across New Zealand came together to show what happens when we link arms (literally) for a cause bigger than ourselves. When we stand as one, we remind each other that no one in this country should ever feel alone.

This is the beginning of something bigger for Aotearoa.
A movement.
A message.
A united stand for better mental wellbeing.

Thank you to every single person who showed up with heart.
Let’s keep building. Let’s keep moving. Let’s keep supporting each other.
Together, we can change the story.

Today is HIIT For Hope.
It is the day to break not one, but TWO GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS, and we need a few more numbers to get there.

I want to start the day by saying THANK YOU.

THANK YOU to the local community who has supported us in the way in which you have.
THANK YOU to the vendors who have backed the new event.
THANK YOU to the volunteers and supporters.

We will forever be grateful for everyone who has backed the concept of HIIT For Hope.

Now, it is YOUR time to come out and enjoy a day that has been in planning for 17 Months.
A lot of hours have gone into bringing this type of event to Rolleston.
It is most definitely the first of it's kind.

Let's do this!
