🏈 Building the Future of the League 🏈

We want to keep our community updated on the work happening behind the scenes as we continue building a stronger, more sustainable future for the league.

A major focus right now is strengthening our governance and creating the right foundations for long-term success. Current projects include:

• Developing an Independent Board
• Establishing an Independent Nominations Committee
• Building a Finance & Risk Sub-Committee
• Progressing work on a new Constitution
• Reviewing the structure of a Competition Committee

These initiatives are all part of our broader master plan to improve transparency, accountability, and leadership across the league while setting the platform for future growth.
