Rodney Aphasia Group offers support and friendship to people with aphasia following stroke, of any age and culture. Our monthly meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of every month at Orewa Community Church, (next to number 6 Amorino Drive, Red Beach. Meetings start at 1.30pm until around 3.00pm, and include afternoon tea and regular guest speakers. Meetings are informative and educational, provid

ing members with information about resources and research related to the challenges of living with aphasia. Workshop opportunities are available (subject to funding) for the person with aphasia and their carer/s, facilitated by a variety of health professionals.
