Our play trailer is getting Porirua moving through the power of play! 🤸♀️ ⛹🏏
The play trailer is a new asset for community, offering tamariki opportunities for free, creative and imaginative play. We’re launching the play trailer with a big day of fun – and you’re invited.
Come celebrate and play with us; bring the whānau and a picnic to our Let's Play event at Aotea Lagoon from 11am-2pm this Friday 3 October.
The trailer has been repurposed from an old trailer which was surplus to requirements, and the play equipment in the trailer funded and donated by Nuku Ora, sports equipment donated by Capital Football and Wellington Rugby, and local businesses Devon + Patterson Flooring, Trash Palace, Porirua MenzShed have kindly gifted loose parts play equipment.
