Together we network to support the school, hosting social events and activities on behalf of our community and each pitching in with our time and skills where we can. These activities reinforce the sense of community around Adventure School, encourage us to take an active role in our children’s education, and raise much needed funds for teaching and learning. With Adventure School being a decile t
en school, the Government funding it receives is less than lower decile schools. The funds raised as a result of PTNi activities enables our children to receive extra resources and benefits that the school wouldn't necessarily have provision for within its own budget. Underpinning the PTNi’s efforts is the committee, who meet formally once per term to discuss ideas, agree events, schedule the events calendar and determine what parent support is needed for each activity. The current PTNi committee includes:
