Thank you for all your support over the last few weeks in trying to keep the centre open. Sadly this is no longer an option and we have made the decision to close.

There were a few people who donated to give a little recently, these will be refunded to you by give a little soon!

Kia ora and thank you to everyone who attended today’s community meeting and offered their ideas to help keep the centre open! We are truly overwhelmed by all your support.

It was great to see you all and to have your support, including from our Anita Baker - Mayor of Porirua City and Barbara Edmonds MP

We are working hard on a plan to keep our doors open, but we really need your help to make this happen.

We urgently need funding to keep operating – so please, if you can, we’re grateful for any donations to our givealittle page:

Community Meeting this Saturday
10am -12pm

Firstly a big thank you to everyone who has reached out and offered their support with ideas to keep the Centre open. We are truely blown away from all this support.

Given the response by the community we would like to invite you to a community meeting this Saturday to come up with a plan to keep this centre open.

If your availabile to come please come and join us. Once again we thank you for all your support and will see you Saturday

PWFC is currently having funding issues and we are currently considering our options. This may mean the closure of the centre.
Apologies for the potential huge loss to the community. We are open to suggestions
