Keystone Study Award recipient Ranger is in his third year of a conjoint Bachelor of Property / Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Auckland. A talent for entrepreneurship had early beginnings. In his final year at Whangarei Boys’ High School, Ranger became CEO of an award-winning student-led business.

Keystone Trust Scholarship recipient Elizabeth Van den Broek (19) is in her second year of study towards a Bachelor of Engineering degree at the University of Waikato. The former Matamata College student’s passion for engineering was ignited by visits to her father’s and grandfather’s workshops when she was very young.

‘As a woman aspiring to excel in engineering, I am passionate about breaking down gender barriers and contributing to a field that thrives on innovation and diversity.”

The former Mt Roskill Grammer student always knew she wanted to have a future where she was helping to create a better world to live in, but never realised there were so many different ways to do so.
