NZPCA SYLLABUS CERTIFICATE PATHWAY

The NZPCA syllabus provides a structured learning pathway from beginner through to advanced levels.

⭐ Lead Rein
⭐ D & D+
⭐ C
⭐ C+
⭐ B
⭐ H & A

From C level onwards, members can:
✔ continue both Riding and Horse Management
✔ specialise in Horse Management

From C+ level onwards, members can:
✔ complete standalone Dressage certificates

From A level onwards, members can:
✔ complete standalone A Show Jumping

Each level builds confidence, knowledge, riding ability, horsemanship, and leadership over time.

Good foundations matter.

📅 **Waikato Area Pony Club – Key Dates to Mark in Your Calendar!** 📅

It's never too early to start planning for the upcoming season. Here are some important dates and events to keep an eye on:

🐴 24–26 July– NZPCA AGM & Conference
🐴 24 October– Waikato Areas Gymkhana
🐴 31 October– Te Kuiti Spring ODE
🐴 7–8 November** – Jumping Waipa
🐴15 November – Waingaro Gamblers Stakes
🐴 22 November – Otorohanga ODE
🐴 5 December – Gold Cup
🐴 11–14 January 2027– NZPCA North Island Championships, Taranaki
🐴 February/Early March (Date TBC)– Grassroots Audrey Bevege Memorial Show Jumping
🐴 27–28 March (Tentative)– North Island Show Jumping Championships (NISJC)
🐴 Teams Dressage – Date TBC (held 15 March this year)
