Totaranui 250 is a community commemoration of the first encounters between Māori and Europeans and the common threads between them - voyaging, discovery and connection to nature. In January 2020 it will be 250 years since Captain James Cook sailed the Endeavour into Meretoto/Ship Cove in Tōtaranui/Queen Charlotte Sound. Join us as we explore the stories of the beginning of our nation Aotearoa New Zealand.
