We are back by popular demand with our personalised ear tags which are perfect for keys, school bags, gifts and so much more!

You will see some of our amazing Scouts at the Morrinsville market tomorrow, so come on down, grab the perfect Easter gift, and support our youth as they fundraise towards their New Zealand Jamboree at the end of the year.

💜 A Huge Thank You, Morrinsville! 💜

We at Morrinsville Scout Group would like to say an enormous THANK YOU to our incredible Morrinsville community for your amazing support of our youth fundraising efforts on the main street and at the Saturday markets.

Whether you purchased a personalised ear tag, took part in the money bingo, or treated yourself to some of our confectionery, every bit of support meant the world to us.

Thank you to your generosity, our youth enjoyed a fantastic trip filled with fun, learning and memories that will stay with them for a very long time. We are truly grateful and humbled by the kindness shown to us.

We look forward to seeing you all again soon when we begin fundraising for our next big adventure: New Zealand Jamboree!

What an amazing community we have here in Morrinsville!

The Morrinsville Scout Group has been working hard to get our kitchen up and running so our youth can enjoy learning valuable life skills, like building confidence, resilience and independence along the way (and so much more).

A huge thank you to PlaceMakers Morrinsville for their generosity supplying the V-groove lining for our Scout Den kitchen ceiling.

We are beyond grateful for your support, words never feel quite enough, but please know how much this means to us and to our young people.

Do you know a farmer who buys fertiliser and crop protection for their farm? We would love to ask for your help!

When purchasing from PGG Wrightson here in Morrinsville, some of their suppliers are participating in the annual Cash for Communities initiative, where $1 per tonne is donated to a local cause.

We would really appreciate it if you could nominate Morrinsville Scout Group this year. We are currently working hard to get our Scout kitchen up and running again, so our youth can get back to cooking up a storm!

Our volunteers and youth have done as much as we can with the resources and skills we have, but a little extra support would make a huge difference.

Helping young people gain confidence in the kitchen teaches them valuable life skills like teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and independence. It also helps them build healthy habits and pride in what they can create.

A huge thank you to PGG Wrightson Morrinsville for allowing us to be part of this awesome initiative and for supporting local community groups like ours.

Every nomination helps bring us one step closer to giving our Scouts a space where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

Morrinsville Scouts need your support!

Our Scout Hall kitchen is under renovation. This project is a big step forward for us, and while we work hard to keep fees as low as possible so every young person has the chance to be involved, the costs of improvements like this really add up and there is only so much our parent helpers and volunteers can do with the skills they have.

Morrinsville Community this is where you can help and the best part is that it won’t cost you a thing.

From 1 September to 30 November 2025, when farming families, growers, and contractors purchase Ballance Agri-Nutrients fertiliser or selected agrichemicals from PGG Wrightson, they can simply nominate a cause of their choice - please choose Morrinsville Scout Group.

We know there are many incredible causes out there and we respect the need across our community. However by choosing Morrinsville Scouts, you will be investing directly in our local young people giving them more opportunities to grow, thrive and gain lifelong skills. Even something as simple as learning together in the kitchen builds teamwork, confidence, and resilience.

Here’s how to get involved:

Step 1:
Purchase Ballance Agri-Nutrients fertiliser or selected agrichemicals from PGG Wrightson, Morrinsville between 1 Sept – 30 Nov 2025.
👉 Bonus: For selected agrichemical products, $1 per 10 litres purchased will be donated to your nominated cause "Morrinsville Scout Group"

Step 2:
Share this with farmers, growers and contractors you know and encourage them to nominate Morrinsville Scouts. Every little bit of support makes a big difference.

Together, we can build a better kitchen, stronger Scouting and brighter futures for our youth. Thank you so much for standing with us and thank you again to PGG Wrightson Morrinsville for allowing our group to be a part of this great cause.
