As part of their core services is to engage with those who are lonely and social isolated with the Accredited Visiting Service and AgeConnect Kapiti. Age Concern Kapiti Coast is committed to support and advocacy for older people in Kapiti, from Paekakariki to Otaki. We provide;
- Advocacy, Raising Awareness
- Accredited Visiting Services (AVS),
- Social Isolation.
- Health promotion,
- Healthy

Ageing Together group (H.A.T.)
- Exercise and resistance training with a local personal trainer.
- Safer Driving Courses
