A shock flop - hope he recovers soon!😊💕

Thanks to Friends of Animal Charities for a generous donation of $500!

We know they also donated $500 to Auckland Cavy Care which is just fantastic!!

An initiative that looks after us tiny exotic rescues that get very little help.

You have no idea how much this means to us. Even Emilio was shocked….. that’s his shocked flop!

Speaking of Emilio, he’s needing to start some special meds now for his skin condition and we still have Tinkerbelle (was called diamond) to get scans for. So this really helps us!!

Don’t forget!!! The small regular donations help us HUGELY too. $5 a week, or fortnight or even monthly is a game changer for us when multiple people do this.

Please donate to below and remember that you can claim 33.3% back at the end of the year for every donation over $5! THANK YOU 🙏 💛

Thank you for all you do. It is our pleasure to help.

🐹💙 A Heartfelt Thank You! 💙🐰

We are incredibly grateful to Friends of Animal Charities in Paraparaumu for their generous grant of $500 to Auckland Cavy Care Rescue.

As a small volunteer-run rescue, support like this makes a real difference. Every dollar helps us provide food, safe housing, enrichment, and veterinary care for the guinea pigs, rabbits, and other vulnerable animals who come through our doors needing a second chance.

Compassionate support from organisations like Friends of Animal Charities allows us to continue our rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming work, ensuring animals in need receive the care they deserve.

From all of us, and the animals whose lives will be improved because of your kindness, thank you. We truly appreciate your belief in what we do and your commitment to animal welfare.

💕 Please join us in thanking Friends of Animal Charities for helping make a difference.

Thank you to Ben's Buns and Tee Cameron -Mediaworks for their morning tea shout to our hardworking volunteers. It was much appreciated nom nom!

Yes we’ve just done a morning tea shout but when I got a message to ask if I wanted to do another one, I said “Yea, let’s go!”
It’s the Friends of Animal Charities shop on Maclean Street!
Possibly the most surprised recipient ever “We don’t ever get anything given to us, we give things away” ❤️❤️
I hope you all enjoy that and thanks again to Bens Buns
Look out for when the next is or I could just show up like this 😉

Thank you so much for your endorsement. It is our reason for being to support you and other worthy animal charities. Saving lives together.

A HUGE thank you to the wonderful team at Friends of Animal Charities shop on MacLean Street, Paraparaumu for their incredibly generous donation of $1,000 to Kapiti Cats.

As a small volunteer-run rescue donations like this make a real difference! They help us provide food, veterinary care, desexing, vaccinations and everything else our cats and kittens need on their journey to finding loving homes.

We also love that Friends of Animals Charity shares a similar philosophy to ours. Just as we give cats and kittens a second chance at life, they give good-quality donated items a second chance too. Their shop is filled with pre-loved treasures looking for a new home and every purchase helps support a range of animal charities through the profits they generously donate.

If you're having a clear out please consider donating your good-quality pet items, clothing, shoes, jewellery, books, household goods and other pre-loved treasures to their shop. They would greatly appreciate your support! (Due to limited space they're unfortunately unable to accept larger items such as furniture.)

Next time you're looking for a bargain or something unique, pop into Friends of Animals on MacLean Street. Not only might you find exactly what you're looking for, but you'll also be giving a quality item a second life while helping support animals in need.

Thank you to the amazing volunteers at Friends of Animals Charity for their generosity and for the incredible work they do. We are so grateful for your support.

(cats in the photo are not available for adoption, they already have a very loving home)
