We’re excited to announce that construction is now well underway on our Kaumātua Village in the Manawa subdivision! 🏡✨

These single storey, 2 bedroom homes are designed for comfort, independence, and connection. The homes will be available in June 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:
✔️ Be a registered member of Ngā Pōtiki. To apply go to https://ngapotiki.org.nz/registration/
✔️ Be on the MSD Social Housing Register
Priority will be given to applicants who:
✔️ are 65 years or older
✔️ live in unsuitable or unhealthy housing
✔️ are able to live independently
✔️ are unable to afford market rent
✔️ do not own their own home
✔️ have contributed to Ngā Pōtiki or its marae

📢 We’re Hiring!
Join our team as a Property, Tenancy & Systems Administrator in Pāpāmoa.
This fixed-term role (until 31 March 2026) supports tenancy and property management services, including administration, maintenance coordination, and compliance records.

What we’re looking for:
✅ 2–3 years’ admin or coordination experience
✅ Housing or tenancy management experience is helpful
✅ Strong organisational and time management skills
✅ Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and database systems
✅ Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Māori (or willingness to learn)
