We're about halfway through the Canoe Club/ Chalet window replacement renovations now with works due to finish up on the 23rd August.

We'd like to put out a massive Ngā mihi to NZ Community Trust Ltd and Grassroots Trust Central Ltd for assisting us with the costs of this huge project🙌🏾

*****UPCOMING RENOVATIONS*****
Kia ora all,
A notice to all members ahead of the upcoming construction works due to take place from July 20th-August 23rd, the replacement of the upstairs windows and framing will mean there will be scaffolding in place around the Chalet/ Canoe Club building so just a note to take care. The club will be accessible during this time however this is a construction site and so this is a heads up regarding the increased activity around the building during this period.

The Sunday Slalom Group had a great summer kayaking on the lagoon and the river, finishing with an awesome trip through the Manawatū Gorge.
We’re still paddling at the lagoon on Sundays at 3pm over winter. If anyone aged between 10 and 16 is keen to learn kayaking and try paddling a slalom boat, you’re very welcome to come along and get involved.
