🚴‍♀️We’re looking for an Active Transport Advisor (Cycle Skills Advisor) to help more people in across our region walk, ride and move in ways that are good for them and good for the planet.

This part-time role is all about connecting with schools, workplaces and community groups, building confidence on bikes, and supporting safer, healthier travel in everyday life.

If you’re passionate about active transport and love working with people, this could be your next step.

Youth Week 2025 is happening NOW from 19–25 May, and this year’s theme is:

Take Our Place – Whai Wāhitanga

It’s all about backing our rangatahi to take up space, use their voices, and know they belong – wherever they are.

• Youth Space have some cool events happening all week – check out the poster attached.
• START Youth Service is running a paku quiz giveaway on Facebook, so let your rangatahi know to follow them and get involved!

Let’s get behind our youth and show them that their place, their voice, and their presence matter.
