This afternoon is an invitation to step out of the rush and settle into slower rhythms through long-held yin shapes, breathwork, stillness, and deep rest.
Expect grounding shapes, nervous system support, spacious pauses, and the kind of rest that lingers long after you leave.
We’ll finish the afternoon with homemade treats and time to ground, connect, and kōrero together.
