✨ Te Wiki o te Reo Māori 2025 ✨

E te whānau, nau mai, haere mai ki te whakanui i tō tātou reo rangatira!
This week we celebrate Te Wiki o te Reo Māori – a time to uplift, use, and cherish our taonga, te reo Māori.

At Ngāti Ōtara Marae, our reo lives in our karanga, our whaikōrero, our waiata, and in the everyday kōrero we share as whānau. 🌿

👉🏽 We encourage everyone this week to:
• Use a kupu hou (new word) each day
• Share a mihi with your whānau, friends, or colleagues
• Sing a waiata together
• Carry te reo with pride, wherever you go

Kia kaha te reo Māori – not just this week, but every day. 🖤🤍❤️

Ngā manaakitanga,
