Wishing our U9, U10, U11 & U12 Academy Boys and our U12 Academy Girls the very best as they head off to the McCartney Invitational Tournament - Taupo AFC this weekend! 🙌💙

This is a massive tournament and we are so excited to have 5 teams represented here.

Three days of football, fun, teamwork and making memories.
🌟 Play hard, support each other and most importantly, enjoy every minute! 😄

Safe travels to all our players, coaches and families heading over. 🚗💨

U13s RANGERS STORMED THE GOLD COAST🇦🇺

Recently our Under 13s took on Australia's biggest junior football tournament, the Premier Invitational, and they made some serious noise!
Not offered before in the region, this was extra special for us to be able to go international 💙

A brutal group stage couldn't stop this team. They battled through and punched their ticket to the knockout rounds🔥🔥

Massive credit to coach Adam Lasheen for having this team firing on all cylinders, and to every single player leaving it all out there for Taranaki. This is what Rangers is all about.

An absolutely amazing experience for these young men and their parents.

Three legends. One unforgettable day. 💙

Adele, Jayla and Chloe from our Women's Federation team led our Girls School Holiday Programme on Tuesday, open to girls from all clubs and all backgrounds, and the girls will be talking about it for weeks.

They played, they sang, they got a whole group of girls laughing, and they made every single one of them feel like they belonged. We are so lucky to have players like this leading and inspiring the next generation of girls in football.

We caught up with Poppy G to hear how her day went:

What did you do today that you haven't done before?
"I got to be a goalie like Chloe!"

Did you stop any goals?
"Some, quite a few and I missed some, but that's okay."

Favourite part of the day?
"Playing fruit salad, and playing the real soccer game."

Did anything funny happen?
"The coaches kept singing songs to us, and when Adele went to get the bibs, Jayla told us to sing Jingle Bells when she came back. So we all did and it was funny."

What else did you love about today?
"Meeting new friends."

Favourite coach?🙊
"I really liked them all the same!"

Would you come back?
"Yes! I loved it, can I go back next holidays?"

Adele, Jayla and Chloe, that is what impact looks like. A young girl went home wanting to be "like the big girls", and she's not the only one who looked up to you today. You showed up for these girls in a big way, and everyone at this club sees it.

We have FIVE Academy teams heading to McCartney Invitational Tournament and they are pumped to be back on the pitch. We can't wait to hear how it goes!

We’re down at The Warehouse New Plymouth TODAY from 8:30am–3pm, firing up the BBQ and raising funds to help send 13 New Plymouth Rangers boys to the Gold Coast to compete in the 2026 Premier Invitational. 💙

Our U17s kick off their Youth Central League campaign this Sunday, taking on Wellington Phoenix!

This league runs for 6 playing weeks from 13 September to 18 October, bringing together clubs from Central and Capital Football as a development competition for the regions after the winter season.

Coached by Mick Curry and Monty Ammundsen, assisted by Riley Peters and Sam Gunn, the boys are ready to get stuck into round one.
