Would you like to feel more confident, aware, and prepared in everyday situations? Join us for this free, practical, and empowering workshop designed specifically for women and girls.

This supportive women-only course covers personal safety, situational awareness, confidence-building, and practical strategies to help you navigate challenging situations.
