Our darling Lucas has passed on from a beautiful life here at the Branch 🌿

Lucas soothed and entertained so many hearts from around the world and he was loved by so many.

We will miss your sneezes, your speedy runs on the wheel, your curious cat ways, and most of all your presence throughout our day.

Rest easy our little friend. You’ll will be loved, remembered, and woven into this community forever and always ❤️

Branch Community has made it to the markets!

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to our treats and treasures whether that be stained glass, baked goods, 3D printed creations and honey. We are grateful and looking forward to making this a regular thing ✨️

Presenting Olivia ✨️

As a permanent member, Liv takes care of everything kitchen orientated - our in house Grocery Goddess - as well as co-managing our social media. Not only are the pantries stocked and organised, but our shared spaces are filled with flowers, her warm fun energy and witty humour 🌟

We love having you around and are so blessed to have you in the community ❤️

Our Nomo Garden is thriving at the moment, with rows of tomatoes setting fruit, giant pumpkins, courgettes and squash wildly spreading through the apple trees, plentiful peas and beans, and corn standing strong.

Through careful harvesting, we aim to leave the soil as undisturbed as possible. Perennial plants such as rhubarb, asparagus and Jerusalem artichoke also live here. Amongst the flourishing silverbeet and kale, you can find carrots starting to peek through. We love the chaos of the nomo 🌱

Keep an eye out for the magic we create with this abundance ✨️

Hi friends! We have quite a few tamarillos and loads of grapefruit at the moment. Come by if you want some, we would like limes if anyone has excess 🍊

We're a residential community of humans and animals supporting each other to thrive in the beautiful Taranaki.
We host events, workshops, guests, WOOF-ers, educators, musicians, artists, and more. We intend to use this page to stay connected to our extended community, friends, and former residents. We occasionally need resources or have resources to share or trade and will post about those here. We hope to have lots of events to share in the future, we'll post those here too. Plus animal pics.
